● Ingredients

egg, canned ham, canned tuna, boiled broccoli, mustard sauce, instant corn pottage,

sweet chili sauce, lemon, salt, ground pepper, butter, olive oil, sugar

● Directions

1. Separate the egg yolk from the white.

2. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper into the egg yolk.

3. Strain egg yolk through a sieve.

4. Whip egg whites until foamy.

5. Stir in ham pieces and foamy egg white into the egg yolk.

6. Melt the butter in an oven-proof pan and add 5.
Place 6 in the oven to cook.

7. Mix boiled broccoli and drained tuna to make a salad.

8. Mix the salad and dressing made of mustard sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, and sugar.

9. Put instant corn soup powder in the water and bring to a boil.
10. Add sweet chili sauce and lemon juice to make omelet sauce.

11. Serve the omelet and salad on a plate and put corn sauce on the omelet.
