'Deutsches Symphonie Orchester Berlin' comes to Seoul_Review

Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin had performed at Seoul Arts Center on March 13, 2015, here in Seoul, Korea.

I received tickets as a gift from my husband's friend. Luckily, yeah~~~ :)
My older sister and I were happy to go watch the performance.

The conductor is regarded as one of the most successful and acclaimed orchestra leaders of our day. At an old age (He was born in 1939), the striking professionalism of his work impressed me.

The violinist started playing the violin when he was 5 years old, giving his first concert with orchestra at the age of 10. His performance was truly ape but Sarah Chang's 'Oberon' Overture J. 306 is much better for me.

J. Sibelius: Violin Concerto in D minor, Op. 47 of Sara Jang

Johannes Brahms: Symphony No. 2 in D Major, Op. 73

Sibelius Violin Concerto was not that good than I expected, however, Oberon Overture and Brahms Symphony No. 2 were pretty impressive and I came close to tears.

Bassoonist Yoo Seong Gwon

He is the youngest person to be tenured with the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin. He is Korean and I proud of him. He looked like a mischievous little boy while he was playing.
